For the first one we are wanting to focus on getting our procedure right and therefore marketing and profits is not our goal for this house. We thought it would be a great opportunity to bless someone with a great deal rather than trying to get the build right then to have to spin around and push into marketing and sales. To be honest it also helps our cash flow knowing we have the sale already signed up.
In short the form on Facebook is nothing more than an expression of interest. After we get through that stage we will make a short list of the best fitting responders and start talking from there. It will be through relationship that we make a way forward not Facebook marketing.
